Affiliate Program Terms
Terms and conditions for the DoVisa Affiliate Partnership Program
Last updated: 22.10.2025
Introduction & Eligibility
Welcome to the DoVisa Affiliate Program ("Program"). By accessing your affiliate dashboard or using your affiliate code to promote DoVisa services, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms").
Automatic Eligibility
Every DoVisa account holder is automatically eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program. No separate registration or application is required.
- Access your unique affiliate code through your DoVisa account or partner dashboard
- Start promoting immediately upon account creation
- Track performance in real-time through your affiliate dashboard
- Earn commissions on all qualifying conversions attributed to your affiliate code
As an affiliate of DoVisa, operated by Remake.gg OÜ (Registration Number: 16357307, Estonia), you agree to promote DoVisa's services in accordance with these Terms for the purpose of legally advertising our platform and earning commissions on referred customer conversions.
Important: DoVisa reserves the right to review affiliate accounts and promotional methods at any time. Accounts found in violation of these Terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
How the Affiliate Program Works
The DoVisa Affiliate Program enables you to earn commissions by referring customers who purchase visa services through DoVisa. Here's how the process works:
Share Link
Share your unique affiliate link via social media, website, email, or other channels
User Clicks
Potential customer clicks your affiliate link and visits DoVisa website or app
Purchase
Customer completes a visa application purchase through DoVisa platform
Earn
You earn commission on this purchase and all future purchases by this customer
Partner Dashboard
Access comprehensive analytics and manage your affiliate account through the dedicated partner dashboard at partner.dovisa.com:
- Real-time Statistics: Track installations, registrations, and conversions
- Performance Analytics: View charts and metrics for the past 30 days
- Conversion Tracking: Monitor revenue and commission per referral
- Payout Management: Request payouts and view payment history
- Marketing Materials: Download your unique affiliate link and QR code
Commission Structure
DoVisa offers a competitive commission structure designed to reward affiliates for bringing valuable customers to our platform.
Lifetime Attribution Model
When you refer a customer to DoVisa, you earn commission on all of their purchases—forever.
Example: If you refer a customer who makes their first visa application today, and they return 3 years from now for another visa, you still earn commission on that future purchase.
This means your earning potential grows over time as you build a loyal customer base.
Commission Calculation
Commission rates are determined at DoVisa's discretion and may vary by affiliate, promotion type, or service category. Your current commission rate is displayed in your partner dashboard.
Commission Eligibility
Commissions are earned on the service fees charged by DoVisa for visa processing services. Government fees, third-party costs, and refunded orders are excluded from commission calculations.
Returning Customers
All future purchases made by customers you refer will be credited to your affiliate account indefinitely, regardless of when they occur or whether the customer uses your affiliate link again.
Note: DoVisa reserves the right to modify commission rates with advance notice through your partner dashboard. Rate changes apply to new conversions only and do not affect already-earned commissions.
Affiliate Tracking & Technology
DoVisa employs sophisticated tracking technology to ensure accurate attribution of referrals and commission crediting.
Cookie-Based Tracking
When a user clicks your affiliate link, a browser cookie is created containing your unique affiliate code. This cookie allows us to track the referrer and properly attribute conversions.
Multi-Touch Attribution
Our system tracks the entire customer journey from initial app installation through registration and conversion, ensuring complete visibility into affiliate performance.
Mobile App Tracking
For mobile app referrals, we integrate with AppsFlyer to track installations, registrations, and in-app purchases across iOS and Android platforms.
Persistent Attribution
Commission is awarded regardless of purchase timing. Whether the customer converts immediately or months later, our system maintains the affiliate attribution permanently.
Tracking Data Collected
Our affiliate tracking system collects the following data points to ensure accurate attribution:
- Unique affiliate code
- Platform type (iOS/Android/Web)
- Click timestamp
- Registration timestamp
- Conversion timestamp
- Purchase amount & currency
- Country code
- Media source attribution
Important: DoVisa will not be held liable for commission losses due to tracking system failures, database errors, cookie deletion, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control. We maintain industry-standard tracking accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% attribution in all scenarios.

6. Self-Referral & Cookie Stuffing
DO NOT click your own affiliate links, create fake accounts, use automated bots, or engage in "cookie stuffing" to artificially inflate clicks or conversions. Such activity will result in commission forfeiture and account termination.
7. Impersonation & Unauthorized Representation
DO NOT present yourself as a DoVisa employee, official representative, or partner beyond your affiliate status. Do not use official DoVisa email addresses, phone numbers, or create content that implies direct affiliation.
8. Unauthorized Modifications
