When your application shows status "With Partner":

  • Processing Fee: 50% refundable (unless the final application draft has been shared with you)
  • Government Fee: 100% refundable (unless the application has been submitted to government authorities)

Cancellation Reasons & Eligibility

Applications may be cancelled by DoVisa for the following reasons. Understanding these reasons can help you avoid cancellations and delays.

Incomplete Information

Missing or incomplete required details such as purpose of travel, invitation letters, or travel documentation with correct dates. Applications may be cancelled if required information is not submitted within the specified timeframe.

Tip: Carefully complete all required fields and upload requested documents promptly to avoid cancellation and processing delays.

Duplicate Applications

When multiple applications are submitted for the same traveler, duplicate entries may be cancelled to prevent redundancy and processing conflicts.

Refund Eligibility for Cancelled Applications

  • Applications cancelled due to incomplete information or duplicate submissions may qualify for a refund
  • Approved refunds typically appear in your account within 14 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Applications already submitted to government authorities are not eligible for refunds
  • Government rejections are only refundable if you purchased Denial Protection
